Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the online betting platform TAS71, accessible via our official website and mobile app. This Agreement takes full effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any of our services, even without formal registration.

TAS71 operates an online platform offering sports betting, online casino, slot games, e-sports, and various other game categories provided by internationally licensed software providers. All these services are subject to this Agreement, as well as any additional policies published separately, such as Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy ours.

The official language of this Agreement is Bahasa Melayu. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the original Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register and use the services TAS71, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Being an individual who registers in their own name — not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Not included in any self-exclusion list or ban recognized by the platform.
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not to use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal your actual location for the purpose of bypassing regional restrictions.

TAS71 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm user eligibility. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, utility bill, or financial documents confirming your identity and address. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a one-time requirement designed to protect the security of your account.

User Account & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the TAS71 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• Ensure no other party uses your account without authorisation.
• Notify TAS71 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your account information whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and email for two-factor authentication purposes.

TAS71 recommends enabling the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature available in your account settings. With 2FA activated, any login attempt from a new device will require an additional verification code sent to your phone, providing a stronger layer of protection.

TAS71 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their own account, including loss of funds due to sharing passwords or account access with third parties.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Policy

All transactions on the platform TAS71 conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion. Supported payment methods include local bank transfers, DuitNow, and TNG eWallet.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit limit is stated in the Deposit section of your account.
• Funds deposited via supported methods are processed instantly or within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method.
• TAS71 does not accept deposits from third-party credit cards or bank accounts not held in the name of the registered user.
• All deposits are subject to standard AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks conducted automatically.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Prior to the first withdrawal, users must fully complete the KYC process.
• TAS71 processes withdrawals promptly once KYC is complete. Processing times depend on the withdrawal method and receiving bank.
• TAS71 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security or compliance review if unusual account activity is detected.

Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

TAS71 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs. Each offer has its own terms that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to cash.

General terms applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Rollover requirement: Every bonus has a clearly stated rollover multiplier (e.g., 5x, 8x, or 10x). This means you must wager that amount before a withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• Valid period: Bonuses must be used within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Betting limit while a bonus is active: Some bonuses impose a maximum single-bet limit to prevent abuse.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute fully towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are stated in the relevant bonus terms.

TAS71 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from bonuses if there is proven attempt to abuse promotions, use multiple accounts, or violate any term of these conditions. TAS71's decision in such cases is final.

Wagering & Game Rules

All bets placed on the platform TAS71 is final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring their betting selections are correct before confirming. TAS71 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in specific technical circumstances recognized by our team.

For sports betting:

• Odds displayed are accurate at the time of display. Odds may change until a bet is confirmed.
• In the event of a match cancellation or a result that does not meet the minimum requirements, bets may be refunded in accordance with the relevant sports rules.
• Bets placed based on information with a known outcome (match-fixing, predetermined results) will be voided and the relevant account will be subject to closure.

For casino and slot games:

• All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or are operated by real live dealers.
• Game results displayed on the platform are final unless a verified technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, TAS71 will resolve the case based on server records — not third-party screenshots.

Prohibited Conduct

Responsible use of the TAS71 platform is a fundamental condition of membership. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and fund withholding pending investigation:

• Opening or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose.
• Using automation software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or the wagering process.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reversing deposits (chargebacks) through your bank or payment provider after using those funds for betting.
• Using funds from illegal activities for deposits (money laundering).
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use your account.
• Abusing the customer support system with false complaints or threats.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of user personal data is governed by TAS71 Privacy Policy which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

TAS71 collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC/AML compliance.
• Processing of financial transactions.

Account Closure & Termination

You may close your TAS71 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding bonus requirements.

TAS71 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term within this Agreement.
• Detection of false information or fraudulent identity.
• Activity suspected of money laundering or fraud.
• Self-closure request for responsible gaming reasons.
• Account inactivity exceeding the stipulated period.
• Instructions from competent authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, TAS71 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the eligible balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

TAS71 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption. We strive to maintain high uptime, but periodic maintenance is necessary to ensure platform security and performance.

Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

TAS71 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for changes that materially impact user rights — for which notice will be provided within the platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
